Neurooot, Inc. (“NeuroRoot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at neuroroot.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.Neuro Root is an education and biomedical health platform based in Sacramento, California. We help families learn about root-cause approaches to neurodevelopmental conditions and access lab testing through our partner, Fullscript. We do not currently provide telehealth services, and we do not store medical records or process payments ourselves. Lab ordering, checkout, payment, and lab results are handled by Fullscript under Fullscript’s own privacy policy.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, download a guide, subscribe to our emails, message us through our automated messaging tools, or email us directly, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect standard usage and device information (such as your browser type, pages viewed, and general location) through cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
We do not collect payment or medical-record information on our website. If you choose to order lab testing, that process takes place through Fullscript, and any health or payment information you provide there is governed by Fullscript’s privacy policy.

- With your direction. We share information when you ask us to.
Marketing contact information is handled separately from any health-related information. We do not send health information into our marketing or email tools.

Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a child that you provide is collected from you as the parent or legal guardian. Lab testing and any related health information for a patient are handled through Fullscript.
